Welcome to Perdido Paradise. Our home is a 4-bed 3.5 bath, newly built oasis that will provide you and your family plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. This house is conveniently located just a short distance from the beach as well as world-class golf courses. In a 3-minute car ride or a 15 minute walk, you and your family can be enjoying Perdido Keys’ beautiful beaches.

The home is fully furnished with all the modern amenities you would expect and more. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and all the utensils and accessories need to prepare the meal of your choice. The living room is laid-out in an open concept with a large sectional and a Smart TV that is connected to the kitchen. This home boasts a formal dining room as well as a second living area where guests can have their own space. Included is a new Margaritaville Margarita machine, Karaoke Machine, and all of the beach accessories needed to enjoy your time here.

This home is just minutes away from many dining options as well as local shopping at the Villagio shopping center. At the closely located marina, you can find paddleboard, kayak, and boat rentals. Another beautiful attraction to explore is Johnsons beach, which is a protected national park. Come to Perdido and enjoy our beautiful paradise with a small-town feel. We have provided a beach wagon as well as a small charcoal grill that can be taken to the beach and enjoyed by our guests. Make sure you bring beach towels and chairs and plenty of sunscreen.
